The One with The A lot of Gaming...
I finally got a truly restful week! It was so nice just to be home, and I only had one day out of the house besides errand day. I wrote many words into An Angel Enraged, I feel it’s coming to the climax right before the cliff’s edge.

Author's Life:
This week, I spent a LOT of time gaming on Star Wars: the Old Republic (SWTOR) with Matt, my “Manager”, and relaxing between the writing, housework, and the trip to the mechanic on Wednesday to see about getting the air fixed in the Santa Fe. They actually found the serpentine belt was in desperate need of replacing as it was coming off in strips, which could’ve been absolutely horrific had it broke while I was driving. So glad it didn’t!
AC still isn’t fixed, but the mechanic is looking for the part they think is the issue. Just waiting on that and we may have air! Besides playing SWTOR, I got a lot of writing done in AN ANGEL ENRAGED!
The work Life:
Writing:
Cookies & Rage was at 73,710 and has stayed there, since I haven’t done any writing besides in An Angel Enraged (aka Kalista, book 7), which was 68,010, but is now at 85,120! For a total of 17,110 words this week! Woohoo! I’m back baby!

Publishing:
I dropped chunk 4 of An Angel Falls last night, even though I only had 3 of 4 surveys for chunk 3. I was starting to worry that they wouldn’t finish on time, since they only have until this coming Friday, July 18th. 😬

Art Feature:
This week, I didn’t get to do any book or character art, but last week I did this a redo of a picture I made of Kalista back in 2019, then spruced it up a bit and added Beryx to the mix. Back then, I wasn’t sure when this would occur in the series, but now I’m 65% sure it’s in An Angel Enraged, which is the book I’m currently working on.
Here we have Kalista and Beryx pulled over in the mountainous roads of Northern California (I think). Kalista is smoking a Nevay and looking in control of the situation while Beryx plays “guard dog” and looks menacing.
