The first full week of July has come and gone, but the routine is still the same. Write, post, check on betas, and create art. Even on days when I have to go to the mechanic or the doctors, that routine doesn’t change. Gotta work it and Promote all the sales, including the one below! Author's Life:

     It wasn’t as hot, but it’s still hot. The only thing on my schedule was the Mechanic on Wednesday, that didn’t go well. The Muffler was replaced all well and good, but their was also a brake light out, the bumper cover was out of place due to heat from the hole in the muffler, AND a sensor needs replaced, BUT that’ll be another $300 because it’s rusted at one part, so it’ll need “Drilled out”, to it’s a 1.5 hour job instead of the normal half hour job after the $100 part. So gotta save for that now too. So please, check out the sales and shop books or check the commission page for art and short story listings/inquiries.

   Otherwise, I've stayed on track with posting Daily WIPSnips to BSKY, TikTok posts, and even more art to DeviantArt too! It's the first time in a long time that I've felt put together with posting to ALL of them. Usually, one or two get dropped due to lack of energy/brain to talk about books/art/etc.

Writing:

       Autumn’s Equinox was 26,170 words as of last Friday night. As of last night, it now has 47,675, which is 21,505 words. PLUS I've written another 3,153 words while working on backstory and timeline for this book. What can I say, I had a lot of details I needed to keep straight as not to confuse the readers later on. Not as many words as last week, but a decent chunk.

     The Total word count for this week: 24,781 words

July Word Count Goal: 65,000 current progress 51% (33,266 words)

Editing

    I edited chapters 21-Epilogue of An Angel Enraged again right before posting it to the Betas yesterday morning. So they now have access to all 5 chunks!

     “No, I didn’t read your mind. You’re thinking quite loudly, and I don’t know why I hear them. When we were in New Orleans, I didn’t…”

     “Maybe it’s—” I started but clapped a hand over my mouth before I could say the baby. I stared at her then Chaos before my eyes slipped to Melody and I saw the same abundance, though smaller in the latter’s aura too. I looked back to Chaos and Discord as I measured their aura compared to Melody’s. I sagged back against the couch with eyes wide as saucers and dropped my hand.

    They were all pregnant. Discord and Chaos were having multiples, which made their powers stronger, and they were a triumvirate which amplified their powers even more. Throw me into the mix, and it was damn near apocalyptic.

     “Maker, help us all,” I silently prayed.

    “Astrid, speak. What’s going on in your head?” Uncle Max asked, and I put a hand back over my mouth. When he lifted an eyebrow, I put the other overtop it and slammed the cage on my powers before lifting my shields, closing my mind off to every other power in the house as I shook my head. Nope, no one was reading me now. I was not going to talk about what I just saw or thought.
